Built quickly from scratch: The team encountered interface and functionality challenges in creating a quick-start training site in the Drupal platform proscribed by the University for outward facing content. Since the site was designed for internal users with a critical need, it was necessary to design for a less confusing experience.
Google Sites was chosen for it's shallow learning curve. This made it easy for all team members to make revisions and allowed us to harness more of our diverse team's knowledge as quickly as possible.
Improved with Iteration: I was responsible for leading the implementation following the first wave of trainings and platform revisions. The layout and functionality of the site reflects the results of the cumulative process.
